Very professional staff, excellent training skills and superior knowledge of firearm safety. The staff makes you feel comfortable and they are very encouraging while training you. I've been in security for 21 years and have to qualify every year for my SPO and using PTT&C as our instructors was definitely one of the most enjoyable and satisfying experiences.
